Thou shalt make thy Chapter 13 payments on time EVERY
MONTH.

Thou Shalt make thy home mortgage or mobile home payments
EVERY MONTH.

Thou shalt PRINT CLEARLY thy NAME
and CASE NUMBER on all thy payments to the Trustee, so the
Trustee will know whose case to credit.

Thou shalt notify they Chapter 13 Trustee promptly and IN
WRITING -- AT ALL TIMES, ON ALL changes to they address and
employer.

Thou shalt carry FULL COVERAGE INSURANCE at all
times on ALL vehicles not yet paid in full. Houses, mobile homes, and
watercraft should also be covered.

Thou shalt notify thy attorney of ALL CHANGES in
address, employer, or economic circumstances.

Thou SHALT NOT BORROW any money for
ANY purpose whilst thou art in bankruptcy without approval from the
Trustee or the Court.

Thou SHALT NOT SELL, give away, or
otherwise dispose of any of thy worldly goods, without approval from the
Court.

Thou SHALT NOT PURCHASE ON CREDIT any additional
goods whilst thou art in bankruptcy without obtaining specific, PRIOR
approval from the Trustee.

Thou shalt IMMEDIATELY report to the Trustee and
thy attorney any monetary windfalls received whilst thou art in bankruptcy,
such as inheritances, lottery winnings, prizes, and settlement funds of any
kind.
